This means we are more than willing to arrange a visit to your home, showing you samples from leading manufacturers – in case you are unsure which option would be best for your requirements. We can then advise which products may be best suited to your needs.

The day you’ve been waiting for has now arrived! Your deposit has been paid, your blinds have been picked by you and are in our van, and now it’s the final stage for your new blinds to be installed.

We will have sent you your fitting date with a time of our arrival, but if for whatever reason we are running late, we will call you or message ahead to let you know we are on our way to you. In most cases, we can still fit the blinds on the day so please keep the kettle on 😊.

Once we have arrived at your home, we will treat it in the same way as with all our customers i.e. with the respect you and your home deserve.

We carry our own tools and equipment and there will be some drilling in most cases, and yes, we do carry dust sheets and hoovers to clear up after ourselves once your blinds have been fitted.

In most cases, blinds can be fitted in a number of places around a window. This would have been explained to you on the day of the survey, and our surveyors might be one of the fitters installing your blinds for you on the day.

We will set out all your blinds into the relevant rooms before fitting. We will double-check the position of the blinds with you on the day, and if you are not at home we can discuss this over the phone. Only then will we start the process of installing your new blinds for you, going from room to room, clearing up as we go.

Now that your blinds have been fitted, we will test them to make sure they are working correctly, and everything is in order before, we hand them over to you.

We will give you a demonstration on how to operate them, and how to maintain and clean them in the correct way, so they last longer over time.

We will take all the boxes and packaging away with us, and even dispose of your old blinds if you need us to.

Once we are all happy with the blinds and you have signed them off, we will then present you with our final invoice to be paid to our fitter, and from here on we will send you your guarantee. If by any chance there has been a manufacturing mistake we will get back to you in 48 hours on how we are going to resolve any issues that may have occurred.
