STEP 1

You can make contact with us in three easy ways:

  • i) you can call us on the number provided or
  • ii) you can fill out a contact form on this site or
  • iii) simply pop in and see us at our showroom, where you can explore our products at first hand to help you with your buying decision.

STEP 2

Once we have made contact with each other and you are ready to move onto the next step, we can then book you in for a home visit where one of our fully trained surveyors will bring samples, and can advise you on the best solution for your home. 

Our surveyors are also the fitters who have years of experience fitting blinds in new build properties and older homes, as well commercial buildings, so you are in safe hands. We can discuss any concerns you may have regarding the fitting of your new blinds to your home (or office) on the day of the survey.

STEP 3

Now that we have surveyed your home and have advised you on the best solution, you will simply have to choose the blinds that are right for you.

We will then send you an estimate within 48 hours by email, so please don’t worry – there will be no hard sale in your home! We will follow up with a phone call just to see if you are happy to proceed with us, or you can email us confirming that you want to place your order with us.

STEP 4

So now that you’re happy to proceed with your order, we would require a 50% deposit before ordering your new bespoke blinds. Your deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by bankcard, or we do still accept cheques (but this will hold the ordering process whist your cheque clears with the bank). A receipt for your deposit will be sent to you by email.

STEP 5

Once your deposit has reached us, we will then start the ordering process for your blinds. From here we will give an approximate fitting date, and we will advise you on how long your install will take (this can vary depending on the size of your project). Due to all our blinds being a bespoke product and made in the UK, Europe and the Far East, leads times can vary.
